Refund / Return Policy

If when you receive your item/s you feel the need to return them for whatever reason please contact me immediately to discuss the reason for the return and the best way to do so

In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, returns are accepted if the part/s purchased are not as described or are not fit the purpose for which they are meant, without question.

A full refund will be made to you through the same payment method that payment was made by you once we have received the return and we are happy it's the same part/s that were dispatched to you and that the reason given by you for the return is true and correct. Your return postage cost will also be refunded so as you are not out of pocket in any way

If you buy the wrong part/s, change your mind for any reason or simply don't want the part/s anymore a return will still be accepted. Once we have received the return and we are happy its the same part/s that were dispatched in the same condition they were in when dispatched, a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the original shipping fee will be made to you through the same payment method that payment was made by you for the item. Your return shipping cost will not be refunded

Returns need to be started by you within 10 business days of you receiving the item, the date you received the item will be determined by the tracking information supplied by the carrier
